Becoming A Member And Supporter Of The Camp Ministry!
1. Membership shall be open to those who agree with the purposes of the camp and who meet the qualifications for membership as to a biblical "Born Again" experience according to John 3:3 and 2 Corinthians 5:17.
- Have attended camp meeting at least two consecutive years.
- Read and understand the By-Laws.
- Present letter of recommendation with phone number from the pastor of the church you are active in or letters of recommendation with phone number as an evangelist from two pastors where you have conducted services.
- Agree to pay annual membership dues ($100.00 a year as of this posting), that may be required to update and or maintain the camp when approved by the membership
- Submit a registration card and be accepted as new member by the Official Board.
2. Voting privilege shall be extended to members who meet the following requirements
- Must have been a member for at least one year.
- Attendance in at least five services, at least 3 meetings shall be camp meeting services during the ten-day camp meeting.
- In the case of sickness and or emergencies, these attendance requirements shall be waived, if written reason is received by the President.
- I understand that there shall be no voting by absentee ballots or proxies unless, arranged for in advance and approved by the Executive Board.
